It's 23:41. Someone just asked your prices.
By 9am they've booked with whoever replied first. LoopLocal drafts overnight DM replies with your real prices and a consultation slot, writes trend-led posts and reels in your clinic's voice, and checks every draft against the advertising rules for prescription-only medicines. Nothing goes out until you tap Approve.

One wrong hashtag can break the advertising rules.
In the UK you can't advertise prescription-only medicines such as botulinum toxin to the public, and that includes hashtags and nicknames like "baby tox". The ASA says you can promote a consultation for lines and wrinkles. LoopLocal checks every post, caption, hashtag and DM reply before it reaches your queue.
Blocks
Prescription-only medicine names, brand names, hashtags and indirect references. A blocked draft can't be approved until it's edited and re-checked.
Flags
Health or "guaranteed" claims, before/after images, offers on medical treatments and anything that might appeal to under-18s. These go to you for a human decision.
Answers safely
"Do you do Botox?" gets a reply that doesn't name the medicine and invites them to a consultation with your prescriber. Anyone reporting a reaction is flagged to you straight away, with 111 / A&E guidance.

The guard is a safety net based on the ASA/CAP guidance, not legal advice. You stay responsible for what you publish. We set up the rules with you during onboarding. We're also keeping an eye on the DHSC's consultation on high-risk cosmetic procedures (open until 13 January 2027).
Your front desk and social team, overnight.
Midnight DM replies
Price questions, booking requests and "do you do…?" questions get a reply drafted from your treatment FAQ, with prices from, consultation fee, aftercare and booking link.

Questions from clinics
Will it ever post or reply without me?
No. Every post, reel and DM reply waits for your approval. Blocked drafts can't be approved until they're fixed.
Is the compliance guard legal advice?
No. It's a safety net that catches the most common problems, like prescription-only medicine references, health claims and before/afters. You remain responsible for your marketing. If you're unsure, check with the ASA's Copy Advice service or your own adviser.
Can it reply with my real prices?
Yes. You give us your treatment list with "from" prices, consultation fee, aftercare notes and booking link, and replies only use what you've approved.
What about patient data?
LoopLocal only reads messages sent to your social accounts so it can draft replies. Please don't use DMs to collect medical histories. Replies point people to your booking and consultation process. See our privacy policy.
What happens if someone reports a reaction?
It's flagged as urgent for you to handle personally. The drafted holding reply tells them to contact the clinic and to call 111, or 999/A&E if it's severe.
