Questions owners ask
Does anything post without my approval?
No. Every post, video and DM reply waits in your approval queue. You can approve, edit or hold it, from your phone. Prices, offers and anything that reads like a promise are flagged.
Does it reply to my DMs automatically?
No. LoopLocal drafts replies overnight and sorts messages into leads, questions, complaints and spam. You approve each reply before it's sent. Complaints are always flagged for you to answer personally. Instagram only allows replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message, so morning approvals matter.
Which platforms does it work with?
Instagram (Business or Creator account), YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn, scheduled through official platform integrations. Facebook, TikTok and Google Business Profile depend on what our scheduling partner supports. We'll confirm the channels for your plan before you start.
Is there a contract?
No. All plans are monthly rolling and you can cancel any time. The Founding 10 pilot is 14 days free with no card needed.
Will it sound like me?
That's the point of the setup. You tell us how you talk, your prices, your classes or menu, and the words you never want used. Every draft is checked against that, and your edits help it learn.
What happens to my data?
We only use your brand information, posts and messages to run your service. We don't sell data or use your customers' messages for advertising. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time. See our privacy policy.
Is it AI-generated? Do I need to say so?
Drafts are written and designed with AI tools, then approved by you. You're the publisher, so you stay responsible for what goes out, which is why approval-first matters. For regulated sectors (such as dental and aesthetics) you sign off every claim.
